Service Description

GramsIn provides protein tracking services via SMS messaging. We send meal reminders, calculate protein content from your food descriptions, and provide daily summaries to help you meet your protein goals.

SMS Service Terms

Consent and Opt-in

You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages
Consent is required before we can send any SMS messages
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP
Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per day based on your meal schedule

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate food descriptions for protein calculations
Maintain the security of your account
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Service Limitations

Protein calculations are estimates based on USDA database
Service requires active SMS capability on your mobile device
Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability
We are not responsible for carrier charges or network issues

Payment and Billing

14-day free trial period
$5/month subscription after trial period
Billing occurs monthly in advance
Cancel anytime with immediate effect
No refunds for partial months

Privacy and Data

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
Your data is used solely to provide protein tracking services
We do not sell your personal information
You can request data deletion at any time

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time
We may terminate service for violation of these terms
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
No refunds for early termination

Service is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not responsible for nutritional advice accuracy
Protein calculations are estimates only
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Changes to Terms
